One of the most important actions you can take prior to your Emotion Code session is to be well hydrated. This means drinking water. As you know, our bodies are primarily made of water.
When we are well hydrated, our bodies can function at an optimal level. So drinking water will help you mind be clear, your energy flowing and will help me connect more effectively with you during the session. But I know that not everyone loves to drink plain water. So add some lemon to it, or you can drink a nice herbal tea as well. I ask my clients to have a bottle or glass of water with them during our Emotion Code session, so it is always available to sip on.
Another pre-session step is to have a clear intention of what you want to focus on during your Emotion Code healing session. As with most things in life, clarity leads to a better outcome.
So if we’re working on weight loss by eliminating your food cravings, bring a list of specific foods that you crave. We’ll address each food item individually and release any trapped emotions that are contributing to the craving. Trying to release a broad category like “sweets” or “salty foods” isn’t effective. Narrow it down to the specific food like “chocolate chip cookies” or “sour cream potato chips”.
If you want to address chronic pain that just won’t go away, your intention might be to eliminate the “pain in my neck when I turn my head to the right”. Being specific will allow us to get right to the exact issue that you want help with, giving us a better opportunity to uncover the trapped emotions contributing to that issue.
The 3rdstep is to come to your Emotion Code session with an open mind. Just be willing to engage in the process and be open to flowing with the process. This will give you the best opportunity to receive the full benefit of your session.
